TOWN OF GOFFSTOWN PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to RSA 32:5-C (III), the Board of Selectmen will conduct a Public Hearing at 7:00 pm on 2/13/2012 at Goffstown Town Hall Room 106 regarding a petition article to establish a tax cap. In the event of snow the public hearing will be held on 2/27/12. Any person with a disability who needs a reasonable accommodation, please call the Town Hall (497-8990 ext 100) at least 72 hours in advance for arrangements. TOWN OF GOFFSTOWN PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Selectmen will conduct a Public Hearing (RSA 31:95-b) on 2/13/2012 at 7:30 pm at Goffstown Town Hall to accept and expend a hazard mitigation grant in the amount of $55,213 from the NH Dept. of Safety, Homeland Security & Emergency Management. This grant is related to cost over runs associated with the Sewer Interceptor Slope Stabilization hazard mitigation project. The cost of over runs totaled $73,139.
