Public Discussions:

 

Discussion with David Pierce of 21 Mill Street, Map 34 Lot 132, Regarding Building a Retaining Wall within the Outer 50’ of the Wetland & Surface Water Conservation District Setback.

 

Discussion with Joe Beauchemin regarding  Map 8 Lot 46-16, who is seeking a Variance to allow the Construction  of a Single-Family Home and Related Accessory Structures on the Property Within the Wetland & Surface Water Conservation District.  The Residence and Future Barn will be Setback at least 50’.  The Proposed Gazebo will be Setback Approximately 20’.  (Note:  This Lot was Created by Subdivision in 1987 Prior to any Wetland Setback Requirements.)

 

Discussion with Peter Tremblay & Courtney Spencer, 311 Tirrell Hill Road, Map 9 Lot 51, Regarding Tree Removal in the Wetland & Surface Water Conservation District.

 

Discussion with James Coughlin, Woodland Village, regarding Map 4 Lot 87-6, Mountain Road and Bog Road, for 75 Unit Multi-family Condominium (12 Buildings).

 

Discussion on Worthley Hill Road Tree Cutting, Map 5 Lots 102 & 103 (Viking Orchard). 

 

Planning: 

Memo From Stephen Griffin Requesting Corrections to Mystic Brook Easement Language.  (Town Attorney has reviewed and made recommendations.)

 

Finance:

The Current Balance for the Conservation Commission Current Use Fund is $150,826.16. The Previous Balance for the Conservation Commission Current Use Fund was $150,913.27.  Deposits & Credits totaled $8,000.00.  Interest Paid is $15.37.

 

The 2009 Budget is $4,247.00 and so far $1,146.43 has been paid from the 2009 Budget.  Available Budget is $3,100.57.  (No change from the June 3, 2009 Meeting)
