GOFFSTOWN ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday,
October 7, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Mildred Stark Room located in the Goffstown Town Hall,
16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH 03045 to review the following applications:

(Continued from September 2, 2008 meeting) Linda & Michael Levasseur, applicants, are seeking a time extension for a special exception previously granted by the ZBA.  On October 5, 2004 the ZBA granted a special exception allowing the construction of a single-family dwelling on a non-conforming lot. The special exception was extended two years on June 6, 2006 until October 5, 2008.  Section 15.3.2.3 of the Zoning Ordinance authorizes the time extension.  Property is located off Portage Road (Map 9, Lot 43-8) in an Agricultural District.
