Map 15 Lots 203 & 204, Lot Consolidation, Conditional Use Permit and Final Site Plan Review Application of R & P Realty, LLC & 6 Laurier Street, LLC, Owners, for a proposal to demolish the existing home on Lot 203, consolidate the two properties into one lot (Lot 203), and build a 2,100 sq. ft. Automotive & collision repair shop building along with office space, on the newly created lot. A Conditional Use Permit is required as the applicant is proposing to have two driveways on the property that will not meet the driveway separations and lot frontage requirements as required per Section 7.4.3 & 7.4.3.1 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. Map 4 Lots 20 & 20-1, Subdivision Review Application of Brookfield Investment Group, Owner, for a proposed three (3) lot subdivision, creating two (2) new lots from lot 20, with a proposed access easement to lot 20-1.  Property is located on Lesynk Road, Map 4, Lot 20 & 20-1, Zoned: Residential-1 & Conservation and Open Space (Conservancy) (This application was continued from the November 30, 2017 Planning Board Meeting.)
