Scenic Road Tree Cutting Public Hearing – Shirley Hill Road:

The Goffstown Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to RSA 231:158, for the purpose of trimming and removal of trees on designated scenic roads in the Town of Goffstown. Eversource Energy proposes to trim and remove trees along the roadside of Shirley Hill Road, which is designated a scenic road. (This was continued from May 11, 2017)

Development Review Application Public Hearings:

Map 17 Lot 184-1,   Completeness Review/Site Plan Review Hearing for a proposal to build 2,780 sq. ft. one story equipment shed along with onsite improvements on the above-referenced property that has an excavation/contractors yard business along with a single-family home currently located on it. Ernie’s Excavation (Owner: 39 Laurier Street, LLC C/O RHY Realty, LLC) 39 Laurier Street, Zoned: Industrial (This was continued from May 11, 2017)

   NEW BUSINESS:

Map 4 Lot 20 & 20-1, Completeness Review/Subdivision Plan Review Hearing for a proposed three (3) lot subdivision, Brookfield Investment Group, Owner, Lesynk Road, Zoned: Residential-1 & Conservation and Open Space (Conservancy)
