The Town of Goffstown, NH seeks qualified candidates for an IT Helpdesk position (35 hours per week). Position provides technical support for systems, software and users of the Information Systems infrastructure, responding to end user support requests, and ensuring timely resolution. Ideal candidate understands a variety of network and information systems concepts, practices, and procedures. An Associate’s Degree or certifications in computer systems required. One to two years of relevant experience preferred. Starting wage: $19.99 per hour plus generous benefits package and NH Retirement.
