This will be an instructional / fundamental program with lowered basketball hoops (8.5’) for both girls and boy’s in 1^st and 2^nd grade. We will focus on fundamentals, fun, and the understanding of the game. We will take a maximum of 80 players with 10 players on each team. Once the season begins we will have a 20 minute practice followed by a 40 minute game each Sunday. Starting in Mid-December participants will have a combined weekly practice and game on Sunday afternoon from either 12:30pm-1:30pm or 1:45pm-2:45pm

This program is for boys in grades 3 & 4.  It is an instructional yet competitive program all abilities are invited to participate.  All aspects of the game will be taught in a fun and instructional environment.  There will be a 1 hour practice during the week and either a practice or game on Saturday morning.  Games will begin in December.  All boys will be assigned to a team as long as they register by the deadline.  Season will end mid-March. All registration forms must be complete prior to participation in team selection. Financial aid is available, contact the Parks and Recreation Office for further information.

Practices will be 1 hour per week once a week.  Most games will be played on Saturday morning.
