      Community Revitalization Tax Relief Incentive (RSA 79-E) PDF Print E-mail

      On March 8, 2011, the Goffstown voters passed article 11: the Community Revitalization Tax Relief Incentive, (RSA 79-E). This incentive encourages the redevelopment of properties within Pinardville and the Village, providing significant tax relief on improvements made to existing buildings or selected properties in these areas.
