2014 Summer Playground Registration
2014 Summer Playground registrations are now open. This year's program will run 8 weeks beginning on June 23rd . All participants must registers and complete the 2014 Registration Form, 2014 Emergency Release Form and the 2014 Health Form.

YOGA: Hatha/Flow Sharon Hinds, KYT (Kripalu Yoga Teacher)
Sharon is an experienced yoga teacher. She received her 200 hour yoga teacher certification in 2003 from Finding Inner Peace in Abington, MA, and in the past year she completed her 500 hour certification at the Kripalu Center in Lenox, MA. Trained in Hatha, Kundalini, and Kripalu, Sharon enjoys combining all three styles in one class. She has been teaching Yoga for 10 years. Her belief is "If you can breathe, you can do yoga!" Discover how yoga can develop strength, flexibility, and balance while releasing tension and promoting relaxation. Focusing on the breath and rhythmic flowing movement guide you to be fully present to your experience in the moment. The result is more energy, clarity, and peace of mind. Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Classes will take place at the Parks and Recreation Building.
Time: Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. Cost: $10.00 walk-in, $32.00 for a 4 week package, $64 for a 8 week package
Classes will take place on Thursdays with the following exceptions: No class on 4/17 class will take place Friday 4/18, No class on 5/8 class will take place on Monday 4/5.
