POLICE DEPARTMENT PRESS RELEASE Goffstown Police arrested Justin Cassidy, 21, of Hillsboro for DWI and possession of a controlled drug. On December 11, 2011 at 1:58 a.m. an officer came across Cassidy's vehicle stopped in the middle of the intersection of North Mast St at High St. Cassidy appeared to be slumped over the steering wheel when officers made contact with him. After performing field sobriety tests, Cassidy was arrested for DWI. A search of Cassidy found a large amount of marijuana on him. Cassidy was process and released and will appear in the Goffstown District Court on January 26, 2012. |
