AGENDA – WEDNESDAY– DECMBER 19, 2018

GOFFSTOWN TOWN HALL – 16 MAIN STREET – LOWER LEVEL, ROOM 106 - 7:00 P.M.

Public Hearing 

In accordance with RSA 36-A:5, the Goffstown Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday December 19, 2018 at 7:00 PM in Room 106, (the Mildred Stark Room) at the Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH 03045, to receive public comment pertinent to expending conservation funds for the purchase and administrative costs associated with the conveyance of a conservation easement deed on 3 parcels located on Paige Hill Road owned by Fred and Sylvia Jennings, Map 8, Lots 13, 15 and 37, to the Piscataquog Land Conservancy.

PRLAC:

Discussion with the Piscataquog River Local Advisory Committee in regards to the review process of Town projects within ¼ mile of the river, and creates 1,000 sq. ft. or more of new impervious surface or projects that create 10,000 sq. ft. or more of non-building site disturbance.

Review of Budget:

Correction/Acceptance of the Minutes of November 28, 2018:

 Correspondence:

  • Copy of Complimentary Japanese Knotweed BMP Manual for Municipal Use and also a guide to Upland Invasive Species.
  • Copy of Letter from NHDES Shoreland Permit for 79 Dani Park Road, Map 25 Lot 3.
  • Copy of NHDES Letter to PRLAC regarding their review process.
  • Copy of Invoice from Aqualogic for an amount of $925.00 for Milfoil Treatment in Glen Lake.
