Map 7, Lot 11, Completeness Review/Waiver Request for Relief from the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetlands Surface Water Conservation District (WSWC) District Buffer for a proposed single family home to be built partially located within that outer buffer.  The property is located at 21 Parker Station Road, owned by   the Goffstown Historical Society, Zoned:  Residential-1 & Wetlands Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Overlay

       

Map 4, Lot 20-3, Completeness Review/Subdivision Amendment Hearing for a proposal to amend the approved subdivision plan that was approved on October 11, 2018, and allow the proposed home on Lot 20-3 to be built further back on the lot in the Conservation and Open Space District rather than in the Residential-1 District as originally proposed.  The property is located at Lesnyk Road, owned by Brookfield Investment Group, Zoned: Residential-1 & Conservation and Open Space
