Presentation from The Dubay Group, Inc., for a Five (5) Lot Subdivision on Lesynk Road, Map 4 Lot 77, Owner:  Robert Starace, Strategic Contracting, Company, LLC, zoned: Residetnial-1 (This was formerly the Lally Subdivision that was revoked in 2018, and now the new owner is now ready to proceed with the re-subdividing the property.) 

Request for Relief from the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetland Surface Water Conservation District Buffer to build a detached garage that will be built partially located within the outer 50’ of the 100’ WSWC District Buffer.  The property is located on 20 Knollcrest Road, Map 29 Lot 33, Applicant:  Alden Beauchemin, Owners: Craig & Chris Bowden, Zoned:  Residential-1

Correction/Acceptance of the Minutes of January 23, 2019:

 Correspondence:

  • Copy of Violation Letter sent to David & Diane Maxwell of 63 Incline Avenue for debris and discarded items located on abutting Town owned Conservation Land, from the Zoning Code Enforcement Officer.
  • Copy of NHDES Shoreland Permit Application to build single family home, Map 35 Lo6 36, off Elm Street that will be 113 ft. from the water (out of the buffer). Owners are David & Deborah Letourneau.
  • Copy of NHDES Letter to Neville, listing outstanding items that need to come into compliance for 222 Elm Street, Map 36 Lot 12.
