Plan Presentation:

Site plan review of proposed Town project for a new Parks & Recreation Sports Complex located on 404 Elm Street, Map 5 Lot 24, Zoned Agricultural (Recommendation needed to be forwarded to the Planning Board.)

Relief of the Outer 50” of the 100’ WSWC District Buffer:

Request for Relief from the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetlands Surface Water Conservation District (WSWC) District Buffer Application of Thomas & Louise Hanley, Owners, located at 84 Dumont Park Road, Tax Map 25 Lots 43 & 44, Zoned:  Residential-2 & Wetlands Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Overlay.  The proposal is to build a 24’ X 24’ garage on existing Lot 43 that will be partially located within the Outer 50’ of the 100’ WSWC District Buffer, along with merging Lot 43 into Lot 44, making the two lots become one.  The residence is located on Lot 44. (Recommendation needed to be forwarded to the Planning Board.)

Eversource Line Replacement for Poles 35-37 on the B143 Transmission Line:

A Conditional Use Permit is required for the utility use/replacement of utility poles as per the Zoning Ordinance.  Eversource is requesting to replace utility poles that will occur within the 100’ WSWC District buffer.  The location is around the Addison Road, Gold Finch Road and Tanager Road. This is part of the ongoing expansion of Transmission Line B143 that the Commission reviewed last year. (Recommendation needed to be forwarded to the Planning Board.)

Correction/Acceptance of the Minutes of May 22, 2019:

Correspondence:

  • Copy of Wetlands Permit by Notification to repair 3 damage headwalls and perform maintenance dredge on Cote Ave, Map 3 Lot 37-1-3.
  • Copy of NHDES Notification that more information is required for Wetlands Permit Application for wetlands crossing off Shirley Hill Road/Route 114, Map 3 Lot 1-10 (Should be lots 47-1 through 10) for GSSG New Hampshire LLC, Solar Arrays site.
  • Letter from NHDOT Regarding proposed roadway work to be done from Route 114/Danis Park to Shirley Park Lane.
