PUBLIC HEARINGS

LAND ACQUISITION (RSA 41:14-A)

In compliance with RSA 41:14-a the Goffstown Select Board will conduct Public Hearings to accept public input regarding the purchase of Map 8, Lot 13B (located off Stinson Road) totaling 34.5 acres, to conserve land bordering Paige Hill Marsh, a designated prime wetland. The first public hearing will be held Monday, August 24, 2020 at 6:45 p.m. The second public hearing will be held Monday, August 31, 2020 at 6:15 p.m.

Due to the COVID-19 Outbreak and in accordance with Governor Sununu’s Emergency Order #12 pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, the Select Board will conduct this public hearing electronically. The public has access to contemporaneously listen and participate in this public hearing through dialing the following telephone number (603) 766-JOIN (5646) and using the participate code 785645, followed by the # sign. If anybody has a problem with telephone access, please call (603) 384-3624.

PUBLIC HEARING

In compliance with RSA 41:14-b the Selectmen announce Public Hearings on 08/10/20 and 08/24/20 at 7:00 PM to accept public input on the proposed ordinance entitled “Parking Prohibited on south side of Mountain Base Road from Railroad Avenue to McFarland Road Ordinance”. A vote is scheduled on this ordinance on 09/14/20. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available online at www.goffstown.com or in the Town Clerk’s Office.
