Plan Presentations:

Map 25, Lot 27, Request for Relief of the Outer 50’ of the Wetland Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Buffer to allow the owner to construct a 798 sq. ft. addition to existing home, by adding an attached garage with rooms above, expand the existing decks and stairs, and also allow onsite improvements to the property by restoring an area of existing pavement to a pervious vegetated state.  The property is owned by is Scott Buckland, and is located at 115 Danis Park Road, Zoned:  Residential-2 & WSWC District Overlay. (Continued from September 23, 2020 Meeting.  Recommendation needs to be forwarded to the Planning Board.)

Joseph Morrill, III, Applicant/Owner and Marc & JoAnne Gamache, Simeon & Zivile Symeonidis, Chaput Irrevocable Trust, Owners are seeking a Variance to allow disturbances within the inner 50’ of the Wetland Surface Water Conservation District.  The applicant is requesting to install a drainage structures along the properties to allow for the treatment of runoff from the roadway through the properties and into Glen Lake, along with associated improvments.  This concerns Sections, & of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  The Applicant is also requesting Relief from the Outer 50’ of the WSWC District to allow for the drainage structures and associated improvements impact within the Outer 50’ of the Buffer.  This concerns Section 13.3.4 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  The properties are located at 178 Elm Street, (Map 36, Lot 79), 180 Elm Street, (Map 36, Lot 78), and Elm Street, (Map 36, Lot A-OS), Zoned: Residential-1 & Wetland Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Overlay.  (Recommendation needs to be forwarded to the Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Adjustment.)
