Public Hearing - Donations

Pursuant to RSA 198:20b–III-(a), the Goffstown School Board will conduct a public hearing on Monday, August 31, 2020 at 7:00pm to accept public input on Chromebook donations of over $5,000.00. A vote is scheduled on acceptance of these donations at the August 31, 2020 Public Hearing. Any person with questions about this public hearing or in need of reasonable accommodations, please call SAU#19 (497-4818 ext 5758) at least 72 hours in advance for arrangements.

Consistent with Governor Sununu’s Executive Order 2020-04, Emergency Order #12, the Board will conduct this public hearing electronically. The public has access to contemporaneously listen and participate in this public hearing through dialing the following: (603)766-5646 participant code 685562 followed by the # sign.

Consistent with Governor Sununu’s Executive Order 2020-04, Emergency Order #12, Board members will be joined via a Zoom conference call for the August 31, 2020 Goffstown School Board Meeting.  The Board meeting can be viewed on GTV-16 On Demand and will also be streamed live on the GTV YouTube Channel.
