Map 25, Lot 27, Completeness Review/Request for Relief of the Outer 50’ of the Wetland Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Buffer to allow the owner to construct a 798 sq. ft. addition to existing home, by adding an attached garage with rooms above, expand the existing decks and stairs, and also allow onsite improvements to the property by restoring an area of existing pavement to a pervious vegetated state.  The property is owned by is Scott Buckland, and is located at 115 Danis Park Road, Zoned:  Residential-2 & WSWC District Overlay. (Continued from the September 24, 2020 Meeting.)


Map 5, Lot 73, Completeness Review/Conditional Use Permit/Waiver of Site Plan Review/Development Regulations Hearing to allow for a group child day care center on a property that formerly had a kindergarten (New Morning School) located on it.  A group child day care center is allowed by Conditional Use Permit in the Agricultural District per Section 3.11(B) Table of Principle Uses of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  The applicant is also requesting a waiver of site plan requirements that would require a revised engineered site plan be submitted. The applicants are Jason & Audrey Withee, and the property owners are Roger & Kathleen Schenbel. The property is located at 215 Wallace Road, Zoned:  Agricultural.

Map 36, Lots 78, 79, A-OS, Completeness Review/Request for Relief of the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetland Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Buffer to allow for drainage structures and associated improvements within that outer 50’ buffer along Glen Lake.  The property owners are: Joseph Morrill, III, Marc & JoAnne Gamache, Simeon & Zivile Symeonidis, and Chaput Irrevocable Trust.  The properties are located at 178 Elm Street, (Map 36, Lot 79), 180 Elm Street, (Map 36, Lot 78), and Elm Street, (Map 36, Lot A-OS), Zoned: Residential-1 & Wetland Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Overlay.
