Town Deliberative Session - Postponed to Thursday, Feb. 4, 7:00 p.m. - GHS GYM

Goffstown Town Moderator Rodney L. Stark is announcing the postponement of the Town’s Deliberative Session scheduled for Tuesday, February 2^nd to the Snow Date of Thursday, February 4^th. This decision was made after consultation with the Goffstown Department of Public Works and the Goffstown Police Department, based upon the forecasted snowstorm beginning Monday afternoon and continuing into the day Tuesday.

The Town’s Deliberative Session will be conducted on Thursday, February 4^th, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Goffstown High School Gymnasium, 27 Wallace Road, Goffstown, NH.

Copies of the Town’s 2021 Warrant, Budget, and Default Budget are available for review on the Town website at https://www.goffstown.com/dept/th/town-hall-town-clerk/elections.

The Deliberative Session is the first half of the annual Town Meeting. The Warrant Articles will be explained, discussed, and may be amended at this Deliberative Session. The Session will determine the wording for the articles as they appear on the ballots, which will be voted upon during the Second Session on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 – which is the day everyone votes. The polls will open on March 9, 2021 at 7:00 A.M. and close at 7:00 P.M. in the First District at the Goffstown High School and will open at 7:00 A.M. and close at 7:00 P.M. in the Fifth District at the Bartlett Elementary School.
