There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday July 06, 2021,  at 7:00 p.m. in the Mildred Stark Room (Room 106) in the Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH 03045 for the following applications:

Approval of Minutes:  Minutes from the June 1, 2021 ZBA Meeting is available at the Zoning Department or online at minutes & summaries

Public Hearings:

David Vermokowitz, Applicant/Owner seeks one Variance and a Special Exception to construct an accessory dwelling unit that will exceed the maximum square footage of 800 gross square feet (840 gross sq. ft. is proposed).  A Variance to construct an accessory dwelling unit on an inadequate lot size was granted by the Board at their June 1, 2021 meeting.  This concerns Section 5.2 and Section 5.2.1 of the Goffstown Zoning ordinance.  The property is located at 221 Elm Street (Map 36, Lot 36), Zoned:  Residential-1


  • Request for Rehearing from Sharon Durocher of 16 St. Anselm Drive regarding the denial of a Variance request to add a porch to the front of her home.
  • Request for Rehearing from Atty. Melissa J. Farr, Alfano Law Office regarding the denial of Variance requests to subdivide one lot into two non-conforming lots for Gregory Clauson, 14 St. Anselm Drive.
  • Judy Allain – Possible appointment to serve as an Alternate Member on the ZBA.
