 Plan Presentation:

Map 33, Lots 17 & 18, Request for Relief of the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetland Conservation District Buffer and a lot line adjustment/subdivision plan for a proposed lot line adjustment between two lots that will create another new third lot.  Property is located at 94 & 98 New Boston Road; owners are Falcon Heights Properties, LLC, Zoned:  Residential-1 

Map 9, Lots 15, 16 & 18, Lot Line Adjustment between the three lots, located on 83 & 87 Tirrell Hill Road, owned by Strategic Contracting, Zoned:  Agricultural

Correction/Acceptance of the Minutes of July 21, 2021

Correspondence:

  • Request from Tax Collector for a recommendation to the Select Board for property to be deed to the Town for the no-payment of the 2018 Levy on 9/21/2021.
  • Copy of letter of compliance from Jen Drociak of NHDES for the property owner of Map 36, Lot 69 (Elm Street). Also attached is a previous NHDES letter sent to the new owners stating the outstanding issues with the property along Glen Lake from the previous owners. (Copies mailed.)
  • Copy of Invoice from PLC for $109,421, for the Gibney Open Space Project. (Conservation Commission already voted previously to support the open space project and approved the amount.)
  • Copy of Letter from NHDES stating additional information is needed for the Standard Dredge and Fill Wetlands Permit Application for Scott Buckland of 115 Danis Park Road, Map 27 Lot 25.
  • Copy of NHDES Wetlands & Non-Specific Permit 2021-02148 for 35 Bay Street, Map 21 Lot 65 for retaining wall.
