Plan Presentation:

Map 4, Lot 53-3, Request for relief from the outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetlands Surface Water Conservation District Buffer to build a 2,000 sq. ft. barn.  Property is located at 207 New Boston Road; owner is Mark Fredette, Zoned:  Residetnial-1

Map 9, Lot 94-1, Subdivision plan review for a proposed two (2)-lot subdivision on East Dunbarton Road, Property Owners are Henry & Claire Grady Revocable Trust, Zoned:  Agricultural

Map 33, Lots 17 & 18, Lot line adjustment/subdivision plan review for a proposed lot line adjustment between two lots that will create another new third lot.  Property is located at 94 & 98 Pleasant Street; owners are Falcon Heights Properties, LLC, Zoned:  Residential-1 

Map 38, Lot 117, Subdivision plan review for a proposed four (4)-lot subdivision on 21 Elm Street/Maple Avenue, Property owners are Falcon Heights Properties, LLC, Zoned:  Village Commercial

Correction/Acceptance of the Minutes of June 23, 2021 and Non-public Minutes of June 23, 2021.

Correspondence:

  • Copy of email from Jen Drociak explaining the letters sent to the property owner of Map 36, Lot 69 (Elm Street), were just a notice of findings and requesting additional information. Also attached are the notices and additional information about the property. (Commission requested more information the previous meeting.)
  • Copy of NHDES Letter stating information is needed for the shoreland permit request for Map 24, Lot 72, (77 Sarette Road), to install a septic and replace a porch. Also attached is back up correspondence explaining the history of the request. (Commission requested more information at the previous meeting.)
  • Copy of invoice from Namaske Lake for treatment of Milfoil for $1,250.00. (Payment has been processed.)
  • Copy of Letter from NHDES stating they received a Standard Dredge and Fill Wetlands Permit Application for Scott Buckland of 115 Danis Park Road, Map 27 Lot 25, along with copy of permit.
  • Copy of budget information for Conservation Commission.
