  OLD BUSINESS:

Map 33, Lots 17 & 18, Subdivision Review Hearing/Request for Relief of the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetland Surface Water Conservation District Buffer for a proposed lot line adjustment between the two lots that will create one new additional lot. A Request for Relief from the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetland Surface Water Conservation District (WSWC) District Buffer is required as one of the proposed driveways will be partially located within that Outer 50’ buffer. The property is located at 94 & 98 New Boston Road, owned by Falcon Heights Properties, LLC, Zoned: Residential-1 (Continued from the August 12, 2021 Meeting. Abutters re-notified.)

Map 38, Lot 117, Completeness Review/Subdivision Review Hearing for a proposed four lot subdivision.  The owners are proposing to subdivide the property into four lots, which will create three new lots.  The property is located at 21 Elm Street & Maple Avenue, Map 38 Lot 117, Zoned: Village Commercial (Continued from the August 12, 2021 Meeting.  The Applicant has requested to withdraw the application.)

Map 9, Lots 15, 16 & 18, Completeness Review/Subdivision Review Hearing for a proposed lot line adjustment between the three lots.  Property owner is Strategic Contracting Co, LLC, located at 83 and 87 Tirrell Hill Road, Zoned:  Agricultural (Continued from the September 09, 2021 Meeting.)

Map 18, Lot 60-2, Conceptual Review of a proposed Drive-through Coffee Shop to be located at Abingdon Way.  Owners of the property are LEED Development, LLC, Zoned:  Commercial
