Map 18, Lot 60-2 & Proposed Lot 60-3, Site Plan/Conditional Use Permit Review Hearing for a proposal to build a  2,232 sq. ft. retail restaurant with a drive-through on proposed newly created Lot 60-3, which is part of a three-unit land condominium.  A Conditional Use Permit is required to allow for a restaurant with a drive through service, per Section 3.11 (Table of Principal Uses) E(4).  Property Owners are LEED Development, LLC, and the property is located at Abingdon Way/Mast Road,  Zoned: Commercial.
