              SCENIC ROAD PUBLIC HEARING FOR TREE CUTTING ON MERRILL ROAD:

The Goffstown Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to RSA 231:158, for the purpose of trimming

and removal of trees on a designated scenic road in the Town of Goffstown. PSNH d/b/a Eversource Energy is proposing to trim and remove trees along the roadside of Merrill Road, which is designated a scenic road.

                                                     GOVERNMENTAL PROJECT REVIEW RSA 674:54:

  OLD BUSINESS:

Map 5, Lot 15, Site Plan & Conditional Use Permit Hearing for a proposed rebuild of the existing  Eversource Energy Gregg’s Utility Substation with associated improvements. A Conditional Use Permit is required per Section 13.3.7.1 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance for the impacts within the buffer of the Wetlands Surface Water Conservation District. The owner is PSNH (dba Eversource Energy), located at 39 Mast Road, Zoned:  Agricultural (Continued from June 09, 2022 Meeting.)

Map 18, Lot 60-2 & Proposed Lot 60-3, Site Plan/Conditional Use Permit Review Hearing for a proposal to build a  2,232 sq. ft. retail restaurant with a drive-through on proposed newly created Lot 60-3, which is part of a three-unit land condominium.  A Conditional Use Permit is required to allow for a restaurant with a drive through service, per Section 3.11 (Table of Principal Uses) E(4).  Property Owners are LEED Development, LLC, and the property is located at Abingdon Way/Mast Road,  Zoned: Commercial. Map 38, Lot 117 & Proposed Lot 117-3, Development Regulations Waiver Request for recently approved two lot subdivision, requesting a waiver of the Development Regulations, Appendix A, Roadway Standards, Section 8, Driveways C.11, Driveways serving 2 or 3 dwelling units, no matter lengths, shall be the same as those driveways with lengths over 300 ft. The property is located at 21 Elm Street & Maple Avenue, owned by Falcon Heights Properties, LLC, Zoned:  Village Commercial
