Map 5 Lot 49, Completeness Review/Site Plan Review Hearing for a proposal to build a 4,800 sq. ft. commercial building with onsite associated improvements, for a proposed automotive/trailer dealership business. Property Owners are Hawkes Motorsport, LLC, Located at 186 Mast Road, Tax Map 5 Lot 49, Zoned: Commercial Industrial Flex Zone (CIFZ) (This applicant was continued from the July 28, 2022 Meeting.)
Map 5 Lots 89, 90, 92A, Conditional Use Permit & Waiver of the Development Regulations Review Hearing for a proposed driveway across lot 90 via easement to access lots 89 & 92A. The Conditional Use Permit is required per Section 7.4.2 of the Zoning Ordinance for a second driveway on a lot having 193 ft. of frontage whereas 250 ft. is required for two driveways. The Conditional Use Permit is also required per Section 7.4.2 to allow for two driveways that do not meet the 40 ft. driveway separation requirement. The intent of the proposed subdivision is to legally subdivide the property into two lots and reestablish the lot lines between Lot 98 and Lot 99. TOWN OF GOFFSTOWN
The Goffstown Planning Board will hold a public meeting on Thursday, September 08, 2022, starting at 7:00 p.m., at the Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH, in the Mildred Stark Room (106). The purpose of the meeting is to get public input on the draft 2023-2028 Capital Improvements Program (CIP) Matrix. Copies of the draft 2023-2028 CIP Matrix can be obtained in the Planning Department and the Town Clerk’s Office.
