Map 36, Lot 68, Kathleen & Thomas Langlois, applicant/owner are seeking a Variance to allow for the construction of a deck and stairs that will be located within the inner 50’ of the 100’ Wetlands Surface Water Conservation District Buffer.  The property is located at 202 Elm Street, Zoned: Residential-1.

Map 35, Lots 52, 53 & 55, Subdivision review for a proposed lot line adjustment between the three existing lots. No new lots will be creating by this lot line adjustment. The  properties are located at 134, 140 & 142 Elm Street, owned by James & Colleen Barnard, Zoned: Residential-1. 

Map 38, Lot 117, Subdivision review for a proposed two (2) lot subdivision, located at 21 Elm Street & Maple Avenue, owned by Falcon Heights Properties, LLC, Zoned:  Village Commercial.
