  1. Call to order: 6:30 pm
  2. PUBLIC HEARING - Certificate of Appropriateness

There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Historic District Commission on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. in the meeting room of the Grasmere Town Hall located at 87 Center Street, Goffstown, NH 03045 to review the following application:

Falcon Heights Properties, LLC, applicant/owner, has applied for a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow the installation of an eight (8) foot privacy fence on the west side of an existing single-family residence at 216 North Mast Road (Map 7, Lot 64) located within the Parker Station Historic District. The Historic District Commission will receive public input at the public hearing and may take action on the application in accordance with Sections 13.4 and 15.5 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.
