                   6:30 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. – Travel between facilities/meeting recesses

          6:45 p.m. – 7:15 p.m. – Police Dept. – 326 Mast Rd.

                   7:15 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – Travel between facilities/meeting recesses

          7:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. – Fire Station 19 – Pinardville – 656 Mast Rd.
