Presentations:

Map 32, Lot 1-1, Request for Conditional Use Permit/Relief of the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetlands Surface Water Conservation District Buffer to build a 600 sq. ft. garage.  The property is owned by Scott Hall and located at 105 New Boston Road, Zoned:  Residential-1.  (Recommendation needs to be forwarded to the Planning Board.)

Map 5 Lot 54 & 54-1, Proposed 30 Unit Townhouse Condominium, located off Tatro Drive/Mast Road.  The property is owned by Hemily Investments, LLC, Zoned:  Commercial Industrial Flex Zone.  (Recommendation needs to be forward to the Planning Board.)

Correction/Acceptance of the Minutes of August 24, 2022

Correspondence:

  • Copy of letter from the Conservation Commission supporting the Moose Plate Grant Application submitted by Piscataquog Land Conservancy for funding to preserve the Clarkridge Farm property.
  • NHDES Letter stating Incomplete Permit By Notification for retaining wall repair along Glen Lake, for Map 36, Lot 73, 190 Elm Street.
  • Town & City September/October 2022.
