Map 3 Lots 37-1A & 37-1-2, Completeness Review/ Final Site Plan Review Application of 4 Daniel Plummer Road Realty, LLC, for a proposal to change the use of some of the warehouse space in an existing industrial building, into a service & manufacturing use, add a loading dock to the existing building, build two (2) 42’ X 60’ non—permanent tension fabric storage structures (Quonset Hut Style Buildings); and to add a 1,190 sq. ft. addition to an existing building that will all be located on Lot 37-1A.
