• Vote to accept an executory interest in Conservation Easements on Map 1, Lots 1, 4A, 4B, 10, 12 and 18A for ownership of Map 40, Lots 96 and 102 and Map 42, Lot 1 and transfer of Map 2, Lot 38 (properties are related to the Tarr Sanctuary).
• And any other business as needed
