Goffstown Board of Selectmen Meeting

Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH

  • Public Hearing (RSA 41:14-a) to sell tax deeded properties, Map 24, Lot 44 and Map 24, Lot 44R-6 and accept a sewer easement across Map 24, Lot 44R-8;
  • Public Hearing (RSA 41:14-a) to purchase 1 North Mast Street, Map 34, Lot 106;
  • Public Hearing (RSA 79-E) to accept public input and vote regarding a RSA 79-E Community Revitalization Tax Relief Application submitted for proposed development of 15 North Mast Street, Map 34, Lot 4;
  • Vote to accept and expend additional Highway funding in excess of $364,762.56 from the State of NH Department of Transportation, per Senate Bill 38;
  • And any other business as needed

PUBLIC HEARINGS

 

In compliance with RSA 41:14-a the Selectmen announce Public Hearings on 7/31/17 and 8/8/17 starting at 6:00 pm at Town Hall 16 Main St. Goffstown NH to:

  • Sell tax-deeded properties Map 24, Lot 44 and Map 24, Lot 44R-6. Accept a sewer easement across Map 24, Lot 44R-8.
  • Purchase #1 North Mast Road (Map 34, Lot 106)

Votes are scheduled on 8/16/17.

The Selectmen will conduct a Public Hearing (RSA 79-E) on 8/8/17 beginning at 6:00 pm at Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main St. to accept public input and vote regarding a RSA 79-E Community Revitalization Tax Relief application submitted for proposed development of the 15 North Mast Road property (Map 38, Lot 4).
