GOFFSTOWN ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

There will be a meeting of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Monday, September 18, 2017, at 7:00 p.m., at the Town Hall - lower level, (Room 107), 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH 03045, to review a request for rehearing from a Board member on the on the following:

• Charter Development Co., Applicant & Janigan Associates, Inc., are seeking Variances from the Zoning Board of Adjustment to build a 99 Unit Multi-family Development (4 buildings, which includes the existing mill building) on a nonconforming lot. The first Variance is required as the applicant seeks to have 99 units whereas based on the density calculations, only 64 units are permitted. A second Variance is required to allow for the buildings to have a height of 64 ft., whereas the maximum height allowed is 45 ft. Both these Variances concern Section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The parcel is located at 15 Mill Street, (Map 34, Lot 171), Zoned: Village Commercial

• Motion for Rehearing by Wayne Perreault, for a property located on Map 38. Lot 111, 19 Spring Street, Melanie Laurendeau with regards to an Appeal from An Administrative Decision.
