This will create three (3) new additional lots. The property is located at Lesynk Road & Checkerberry Lane and owned by Strategic Contracting Co., LLC, Zoned: Residential-1 (This was previously known as the Lally Subdivision that was revoked in 2018 at the owner’s request. This owner is now ready to proceed with the re-subdivision of the two properties.)
