Map 4 Lot 77 & 87-3, Completeness Review/Final Subdivision Review Hearing for a proposal to merge both the lots together and re-subdivide them into five (5) lots.  This will create three (3) new additional lots.  The property is located at Lesynk Road & Checkerberry Lane and owned by Strategic Contracting Co., LLC, Zoned: Residential-1 (This was previously known as the Lally Subdivision that was revoked in 2018 at the owner’s request.  This owner is now ready to proceed with the re-subdivision of the two properties.)
