PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Goffstown Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to RSA 231:158, for the purpose of trimming and removal of trees on designated scenic roads in the Town of Goffstown.   Eversource proposes to trim and remove trees along the roadsides of Ferson Road, Merrill Road and Shirley Hill Road, which are designated as scenic roads.  (Continued from the May 09, 2019 Meeting)

Map 6 Lot 18, Completeness Review/Final Site Plan Amendment Review Application of The Granite YMCA, Owner, for a proposal to add 15 additional parking spaces to the YMCA Allard Center, located at 116 Goffstown Back Road, Zoned:   Agricultural (Continued from the May 09, 2019 Planning Board Meeting)

Map 3, Lots 47-1, 47-2, 47-3, 47-4, 47-6, 47-7, 47-8, 47-9 & 47-10, Completeness Review/Site Plan Review Hearing for a proposal to add commercial ground mounted solar arrays to the aforementioned referenced lots.  The property is located off Shirley Hill Road/Route 114, Property Owner: Gentle Slopes Land Development, LLC, C/O James McClellan, Applicant: GSSG New Hampshire LLC, located off Shirley Hill Road, Zoned: Commercial Industrial Flex Zone (CIFZ)  (Continued from the April 25, 2019 Planning Board Meeting)

NEW BUSINESS:

Map 17 Lot 184-1, Completeness Review/Site Plan Amendment Review Application of Ernie’s Excavation, (D & C Smith, LLC, Applicant/Owner), located at 39 Laurier Street, for proposal to change the 2017 previously approved one story truck & equipment shed building location, along with changes to the design of the proposed retaining wall along the brook.  This building was approved in 2017 and the applicant wishes to increase the size of the building from 2,780 sq. ft. to 3,200 sq. ft., and locate the building further away from the brook.  Also being proposed is to change the design of the retaining wall.  The applicant proposes to construct two retaining walls that will be constructed in a tiered design, along with other onsite improvements.  The property is Zoned:  Industrial
