Map 17 Lot 184-1, Completeness Review/Site Plan Amendment Review Application of Ernie’s Excavation, (D & C Smith, LLC, Applicant/Owner), located at 39 Laurier Street, for proposal to change the 2017 previously approved one story truck & equipment shed building location, along with changes to the design of the proposed retaining wall along the brook.  This building was approved in 2017 and the applicant wishes to increase the size of the building from 2,780 sq. ft. to 3,200 sq. ft., and locate the building further away from the brook.  Also being proposed is to change the design of the retaining wall.  The applicant proposes to construct two retaining walls that will be constructed in a tiered design, along with other onsite improvements.  The property is Zoned:  Industrial (Continued from the June 13, 2019 Meeting)


Map 34 Lots 171 & 171L, Completeness Review/Request for Relief of the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetland

Service Water Conservation District Buffer & Final Site Plan Review Application of Hadley Falls Development, LLC; c/o Charter Development, Owners, for a proposal to convert the existing mill building into a 13-unit multi-Family building (5,600 sq. ft.) and demolish all the other buildings, except the hydro building and the existing stack with the accessory building, and build two more multi-family buildings. One new multi-family building will have 47 units (15,050 sq. ft.) and the other new building will have 39 multi-family units (12,522 sq. ft.). Also being requested is relief of the outer 50’ of the 100 ft. Wetland Surface Water Conservation District Buffer to allow for the construction of the multi-family buildings along with onsite improvements.  The property is located on 15 Factory Street, Zoned: Zoned:  Village Commercial District & Wetland Surface 7Water Conservation (WSWC) District Overlay (Continued from the June 27, 2019 Meeting.)


Map 5 Lot 24, The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing as permitted under State Statutes, RSA 674:54, to consider the development proposal of the Town of Goffstown (Goffstown Select Board & Goffstown Parks & Recreation Department) for property located at 404 Elm Street (The Transfer Station/Department of Public Works Property), for a proposal to construct a parks & recreation sports complex/fields on the aforementioned referenced property.  The proposal will consist of three soccer fields, one large baseball field and three small baseball fields; along with a proposed small field house, parking, playground and trails for the community to use. Map 2 Lot 64-29, Completeness Review/Conditional Use Permit Application of Public Service of New Hampshire dba Eversource Energy, Owner, for a proposal to replace overhead electric utility structures along the existing B143 Distribution Line – Addison Road to Shirley Hill Road Rebuild Project.  As part of the proposed work, the following new structures/poles will be replaced/installed which are structures 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36 and 37. The new structures 35, 36 and 37 will encroach within the “Shirley Hill Road Wetlands” which are designated as Prime Wetlands, and are also located within the Wetland Surface Water Conservation District.  A Conditional Use Permit is required per Section of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, to replace structures within the Wetlands and Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District.  The location of property is off of Addison Road & Shirley Hill Road, Zoned:  Agricultural & Wetlands & Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District
