  OLD BUSINESS:

Map 3 Lots 47-1, 47-2, 47-3, 47-4, 47-6, 47-7, 47-8, 47-9, 47-10, Completeness Review/Time Extension Request for the approved subdivision revocation that was granted on May 23, 2019 as part of the site plan review application of the proposed commercial solar arrays.  The property is located off Shirley Road; and the applicant is GSSG New Hampshire LLC, with the property being owned by Gentle Slopes Land Development, LLC, zoned: Commercial Industrial Flex Zone (CIFZ).  The time extension request is for the revocation of the subdivision plan approval granted to Subdivision Plan for Fieldstone Professional Center, Goffstown, New Hampshire; prepared for Rigold Development Co, C/O Riley Enterprises, formerly owned by Ruth N. Berg, located off Shirley Hill Road and Route 114, Goffstown, New Hampshire 03045 February 9, 1989, as shown on Plan # 23058, for Tax Map 3, Lots 47-1, 47-2, 47-3, 47-4, 47-6, 47-7, 47-8, 47-9, 47-10, as recorded in the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, that was received from the current  owner of the properties: Gentle Slopes Land Development, LLC, C/O James McClellan, 76 Crestwood Drive, Hollis, New Hampshire 03049.  This will revoke the subdivision of the nine mentioned lots and merging them together to become Lot 47-1. This revocation excludes Tax Map 3 Lot 47-5, which is now privately owned.  The revocation was approved on May 23, 2019 with the condition that it occurs before September 30, 2019.  The applicant is requesting a time extension as the revocation has not yet been recorded as part of the ongoing review of the proposed site plan review of the commercial solar arrays on the above aforementioned lots.  The applicant is requesting additional time to meet the conditions of approval.  This request is for the subdivision revocation only.
