There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday December 03, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mildred Stark Room (Room 106) in the Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH 03045 for the following applications:

Approval of Minutes:  Minutes from the November 12, 2019 Meeting are available at the Zoning Department or online at

Public Hearings:

NHSD Holdings, LLC/TF Moran, Inc., Applicants & Monahan Family, LLC, Owners, are seeking a Variance to allow a commercial indoor recreation facility restricted to athletic use only, (indoor sports field) in the Industrial District.  A second Variance is requested to allow a maximum building height of 75 ft., whereas a maximum building height of 45 ft. is permitted.  This concerns Section 3.11 Table of Principal Uses and Section 4.3 Table of Dimensional Regulations in the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  The property is located at 376 Goffstown Back Road & Tower Lane (Map 6, Lot 1), Zoned: Industrial (Continued from November 12, 2019 ZBA Meeting)


Fred & Brenda French, Applicants/Owners, are seeking a Special Exception and a Variance to construct an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) on the second level of a proposed attached garage.  The Variance is required, as the owner will not reside on the property, as required per Section 5.2 of the Zoning Ordinance.  The proposed accessory dwelling unit is allowed by Special Exception per Section 5.2 of the Zoning Ordinance.  The Property is located at 15 Lamson Avenue, (Map 30, Lot 13), Zoned:  Residential-1

  • Copy of Letter from SNHPC regarding indoor recreation facility, Map 6 lot 1.
  • Copy of proposed zoning changes for the December 12, 2019 Planning Board Public Hearing.
