                                                           ZBA APPLICATION REVIEW:

ZBA application for multi-family project requesting three variances, located on Condo Unit Map 18, Lot 60-2 (part of a condominium with Lot 60-1) Mast Road/Abingdon Way, Owned by LEED Development.



Map 34, Lots 92 & 94, Completeness Review/Lot Line Adjustment Review Hearing for a proposed lot line adjustment between the property lines on Lots 92 and 94, which will create the location of the existing garage that is currently located on Lot 94 to become part of Lot 92.  The property owners are 23 Church Street, LLC (Lot 92) and Betty A. Martel (Lot 94), located on 23 Church Street & 6 Campbell Court, Zoned:  Village Commercial (VC) & Commercial Industrial Flex Zone (CIFZ).

Map 16, Lot 8, Completeness Review/Conditional Use Permit/Subdivision Review Hearing for a proposed two-lot subdivision, creating one new additional residential lot that the applicant is proposing to have two driveways located on.  A Conditional Use Permit is required for the second driveway as the lot is required to have 250 ft. of frontage per Section 7.4.2 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, and the lot will only have 188.22 feet of frontage.  The applicant is Daniel Lapointe and the property owner is Lucille Bourque.  The property is located at 34 Haig Street, Zoned Residential-2.  

Map 18, Lot 4, Completeness Review/Conditional Use Permit Review Hearing for a request to convert existing office space in the second floor of a chiropractic/office building, into an apartment.  This is allowed by Conditional Use Permit per Section 5.9 (Mixed Use Development) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  The property owner is William Galanis, (Back Talk Chiropractic), located at 4 Pershing Street, Zoned:  Commercial.
