EZ Express Carwash, Applicant and Verres Financial Corporation, Owner, seek two (2) Variances and one (1) Special Exception to building a carwash facility on the property that does not have street frontage. The property is located at Mast Road, (Map 5, Lot 49-1) Zoned:  Commercial Industrial Flex Zone (CIFZ)


Map 6, Lot 1, Site Plan Review Application for a proposal to build an 81,950 sq. ft. commercial indoor recreational facility (NH Sportsdome).  Monahan Family, LLC, Owner & NHSD Holdings, LLC, Applicant, located at 376 Goffstown Back Road/Tower Lane, Zoned:   Industrial & Agricultural  (Public Hearing was continued from March 12, 2020.)


Map 16, Lot 8, Completeness Review/Conditional Use Permit/Subdivision Review Hearing for a proposed two-lot subdivision, creating one new additional residential lot that the applicant is proposing to have two driveways located on.  A Conditional Use Permit is required for the second driveway as the lot is required to have 250 ft. of frontage per Section 7.4.2 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, and the lot will only have 188.22 feet of frontage.  The applicant is Daniel Lapointe and the property owner is Lucille Bourque.  The property is located at 34 Haig Street, Zoned Residential-2 (Continued from the February 13, 2020 Meeting.)

Map 9, Lot 95-1, Completeness Review/Waiver Request for Relief from the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetlands Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Buffer to extend an existing driveway that will partially impact the outer 50’ buffer.  The applicant wishes to build a barn and extend the driveway to the proposed barn location.  The property is located at 358 East Dunbarton Road, owned by Steven & Ghyslaine Tibbetts, Zoned:  Agricultural & is located within the Wetlands Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Overlay
