PUBLIC HEARINGS

DONATION OF RAIL TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS (RSA 31:95-E)

In compliance with RSA 31:95-e the Goffstown Select Board will conduct a Public Hearing to accept public input regarding the acceptance a donation of Rail Trail improvements by Mast Road Crossing LLC on Monday, August 31, 2020 at 6:25 p.m. The proposed Rail Trail improvements are construction of 875-ft of unfinished Rail Trail abutting Map 5, Lot 60, which has Planning Board approval for development. Based on previous Rail Trail projects, the subject donation is worth $26,800.
