Map 3 Lot 47-5, Completeness Review/Site Plan Review Hearing for a proposal to change the use of a machinery manufacturing business to an automotive restoration business (Vintage Sports & Restoration, LLC), and add a 2,400 sq. ft. storage building along with onsite improvements.  Property Owner:  Marlin Property Holdings, LLC, access: 70 Tirrell Road, Bedford NH. The street access to the property is located in Bedford, but the entire property itself is located in Goffstown, Zoned:   Commercial Industrial Flex Zone (CIFZ) (Due to the changes this is considered a new application and abutters were notified.)
