OLD BUSINESS:

Map 9, Lot 94-1, Final Subdivision Plan Review Hearing for a proposed two (2)-lot subdivision on East Dunbarton Road and Relief from the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetland Surface Water Conservation District.  Property owners are:  Henry & Claire Grady Revocable Trust, Owners, Zoned:  Agricultural (Continued from the June 24, 2021 Meeting)

NEW BUSINESS:

Map 4, Lot 53-3, Completeness Review/Request for Relief of the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetland Surface Water Conservation District Buffer to build a 2,000 sq. ft. barn.  The property owners are Mark & Jennifer Fredette and the property is located on 207 New Boston Road, Zoned:  Residential-1

(Applicant is requesting to be continued to the July 22, 2021 Meeting to provide plans that are more detailed.)

Map 18, Lot 4, Completeness Review/Conditional Use Permit Review Hearing for a request to convert an existing office space on the second floor of a chiropractic/office building, into two apartments.  In February 2020, the Planning Board granted a Conditional Use Permit to add one apartment.  The owner now wishes to add a second apartment, converting the office space into two apartments instead of just one apartment.  This is allowed by Conditional Use Permit per Section 5.9 (Mixed Use Development) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property owner is William Galanis, (Back Talk Chiropractic), located at 4 Pershing Street, Zoned:  Commercial.
