Public Hearing:

Mark Skersey, Applicant/Owner is seeking a Special Exception under Section 14.7.3 of the Zoning Ordinance to build a barn on a property that doesn’t have a primary home located on it, is located on a lot that doesn’t meet the 2-acre area requirement and only has frontage on a Class IV Road. A Variance from Section 3.12 is also requested to construct the accessory building on a lot that does not have a principal residential use. Jeffrey & Silvia Lewis, Applicant/Owners are seeking a Variance to build an addition to an existing home within the inner 50 ft. buffer area of the Wetland and Surface Water Conservation District (WSWC District).  The proposed addition will be located 32 ft. from the abutting brook (surface water) whereas 100 ft. is required per Section & of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  The property is located at 17 Pleasant Street, (Map 34, Lot 37), Zoned:  Residential-1 & Wetland Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Overlay

Andrew & Xiuwen Desrosiers and Yue Shen, Applicant/Owners, are seeking a Variance to convert the first floor of a commercial building that currently has a day care business located within it into an apartment.  This will convert the use from a commercial business with an apartment above, into a two-family building.  A Variance is required as a two-family home is not permitted within the Commercial District per Section 3.11 Table of Principal Uses, A(2) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.
