Frank and Janice Hobbs, Owners/Applicants, are seeking a Special Exception under Section 14.7.3 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance to raze an existing flood-damaged single-family home and replace it with a new single-family home on an undersized lot (10,019 sq. ft., whereas 20,000 sq. ft. is required). The property is located at 17 Beaudoin Street (Map 25, Lot 58), Zoned: Residential-2

Public Service of New Hampshire, d.b.a. Eversource Energy, Applicant/Owner, is seeking a Special Exception under Section 3.10 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance to replace overhead electric utility structures along the existing 34.5 kV 328 Distribution Line – Elm Street to Louis Street Rebuild Project. As part of the proposed work, 62 existing wood utility poles are proposed to be replaced with 73 new wood or steel utility poles. New pole height will range from 34 ft. to 70 ft. in height above ground. Zoned: Agricultural, Residential-1, Residential-2, Residential Small Business Office District – 2, Commercial, and Industrial Districts
