OLD BUSINESS:

Presentation of the Draft 2020-2025 Capital Improvements Program (CIP) Matrix to the Planning Board

NEW BUSINESS:

Map 4 Lot 87-6, Completeness Review/Time Extension Request for the Approved Subdivision/Site Plan Application of Woodland Trust, Applicant & Placid Woods, Owner, to subdivide the lot into two lots, and to build seventy-four (74) townhouse style multi-family units, totaling thirteen (13) buildings.  This proposal was approved back in September of 2009.  The applicant has one year from the date of approval to meet the conditions of the approval in order for the plan to be signed and recorded at the Registry of Deeds.  Since that time frame is about to expire, the applicant is coming before the Board to ask for an additional time extension to allow for more time to meet the conditions of approval. The previous time extension was granted in August 2018 and is scheduled to expire in August 2019.  Property is located at Bog Road & Mountain Road, Zoned: Residential-1
