Map 18, Lot 60-2, Completeness Review/Conditional Use Permit Applications of LEED Development, LLC, located on Mast Road & Abingdon Way, is seeking three conditional use permits for proposal to build two (2) twenty-four (24) unit multi-family buildings on Lot 60-2, which is part of a land condominium with Lot 60-1.  Lot 60-1 is already developed and currently has Franklin Savings Bank located on it.  The owner of Lot 60-2 is seeking three (3) conditional use permits as allowed in the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  This requested conditional use permits are as follows:  1) A conditional use permit to allow residential dwelling units as part of a mixed-use residential building project (Table of Principal Uses A (5)); 2) A conditional use permit to allow a residential apartment building with 24 units (Section 4.4.2); 3) And a conditional use permit to allow the square footage of the residential uses to exceed that of the commercial uses within a mixed-use development project (Section 5.9.1).   This application is just for the conditional use permits only and is not a formal site plan review.   The property is currently zoned Commercial. Map 3 Lot 32A & 32A-1, Completeness Review/Site Plan & Lot Line Adjustment Review Applications for a proposal to adjust the property lines between Lots 32A and 32A-1, and build a self-storage facility on Lot 32A.  The proposed storage facility will have nine (9) storage buildings along with a sliding gated kiosk at the entrance.  The entrance to the site is proposed to come off of Daniel Plummer Road via an Access Easement on the abutting Lot 32 that is currently owned by Thibeault Corporation of NE.  Lot 32A is owned by Harvest Christian Church and Lot 32A-1 is owned by Cote Park, LLC.  This application is Andover Consulting Group, LLC.  The properties are located at Daniel Plummer Road, Cote Avenue, St. Anselm’s Drive & Route 114, Zoned:  Industrial (Continued from the November 14, 2019 Meeting.  Applicant is requesting another continuance.)

Map 15, Lots 156 & 158, Completeness Review/Site Plan Amendment & Lot Line Adjustment Review Application for a proposal to adjust the property lines between Lot 156 and Lot 158, and expand the parking area on Lot 156 where the Goffstown Animal Hospital is currently  Owners are 721 Mast Road Realty Trust C/O Matthew & Janet Lewis, Trustees (Lot 156) and Rousseau Family Trust C/O B.K. & G.P. Rousseau, Trustees (Lot 158).  The properties are located at 721 Mast Road & 7 Roosevelt Street, Zoned:

Map 10, Lot 25, Conditional Use Permit Application to allow for a second driveway to be constructed for a single-family home with a proposed accessory dwelling unit, on a lot that has only 230 ft. of frontage whereas 250 ft. of total frontage is required to allow for a second driveway per Section 7.4.2 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. Where compliance cannot be achieved, the Planning Board may grant a Conditional Use Permit pursuant to Section 7.5 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance to allow for the second driveway.  The property is located at 326 Gorham Pond Road, owned by Matthew Halvatzes & Jennifer Langton, and located within the Agricultural Zone.
