Public Hearing - ZBA Agenda - 06/02/20


There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday June 2, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. In accordance with the Governor’s Emergency Order #12, Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, the Zoning Board of Adjustment will utilize the emergency meeting provisions of RSA 91-A to conduct meetings through electronic means while preserving, to the extent feasible, the public's right to notice of such meetings and ability to observe and listen contemporaneously. Public Hearings:

Ken & Christine Bernard, Applicants, C & K Properties, LLC, Owner, seek a Special Exception to build an accessory dwelling unit on the second floor of an attached garage (single-family home under construction).  This concerns Section 5.2 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  The vacant property is located on Lindsey Way, (Map 9, Lot 4-38-2), Zoned: Agricultural. 

Matthew & Jennifer Halvatzes, Applicants/Owners, seek a Variance to permit a separate driveway for a previously approved accessory dwelling unit.  This concerns Section 5.2.6 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  The property is located at 326 Gorham Pond Road (Map 10, Lot 25), Zoned: Agricultural. 

J.E. Belanger Land Surveying P.L.L.C., Applicant, Wade & Kayla Nault, Owners, seek a Variance to construct an attached garage, 3.7 ft. from the side property line, whereas 25 ft. is the minimum required. This concerns Section 4.3, Table of Dimensional Regulations, of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 625 Black Brook Road, (Map 11, Lot 18-2), Zoned: Agricultural.
