Map 3, Lots 32A & 32A-1, Completeness Review/Subdivision Review Hearing for a proposed Lot Line Adjustment between the two lots. Owners are Cote Park, LLC (Lot 32A) & Goffstown Harvest Christian Church (Lot 32A-1).  The applicant is Andover Consulting Group, Inc., and the properties are located at Cote Avenue/Daniel Plummer Road/St. Anselm Drive & Route 114, Zoned: Industrial (This was continued from the September 24, 2020)

Map 3 Lot 32A & 32A-1, Completeness Review/Site Plan Review Hearing for a proposed storage facility that will have nine (9) storage buildings along with a sliding gated kiosk at the entrance.  The entrance to the site is proposed to come off Daniel Plummer Road via an Access Easement on the abutting Lot 32 that is currently owned by Thibeault Corporation of NE.  Lot 32A is owned by Harvest Christian Church and Lot 32A-1 is owned by Cote Park, LLC.  This application is Andover Consulting Group, LLC.  The properties are located at Daniel Plummer Road, Cote Avenue, St. Anselm’s Drive & Route 114, Zoned:  Industrial (This was continued from the  September 24, 2020 Meeting.)

Map 25, Lot 27, Completeness Review/Request for Relief of the Outer 50’ of the Wetland Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Buffer to allow the owner to construct a 798 sq. ft. addition to existing home, by adding an attached garage with rooms above, expand the existing decks and stairs, and also allow onsite improvements to the property by restoring an area of existing pavement to a pervious vegetated state.  The property is owned by is Scott Buckland, and is located at 115 Danis Park Road, Zoned:  Residential-2 & WSWC District Overlay.
